1. Biblical Faith Has a SOLID FOUNDATION

Hebrews 11:1
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

2. Faith is Anchored in God's PROMISES

Romans 4:20-21
Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.

This is why "it was credited to him as righteousness."

3. Faith is Anchored in God's Unchanging CHARACTER

Malachi 3:6
"I the Lord do not change. So you, the descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
