Does Prayer Change God's Mind?

Dear Abba,
I know that praying affects changes in me, but do my prayers ever actually cause you to respond by doing something in the couse of events that you would not have otherwise done had I not asked?

Your prayers really do move me to respond, keep it up.

I. God allows FREE AGENCY and still works out His PREDESTIONED PURPOSES.
A. God has Predestioned MANY THINGS.
B. God has NOT Predestioned EVERYTHING.

II. Why the Question is Difficult
A. God knows EVERY MOVE in advance.
B. Then WHY does prayer work?
C. Then HOW does prayer work? (THEORIES)

III. Bottom line: You HAVE not BECAUSE You ASK not...
