Gratitude is the Antidote to Anxiety

1. GRATITUDE is the Antidote to Anxiety
A state of gratitude and anxiety CANNOT COEXIST in the mind.
2. Gratitude changes your focus from what YOU LACK to what YOU HAVE.
3. You don't need good circumstances to be GRATEFULL.
